This blanket is inspired by the Planet Earth series, featuring some of nature's most beautiful creatures that live in the Woodlands. The blanket includes the Brown Bear, Moose, Owl, Raccon, Fox, Sloth, Rabbit, Wood Turtle, Earth Worm—and a surprise guest appearance from our Sloth-y friend that hails from the tropical rain forest. Add baby's name and birth date to it and you've got the perfect baby gift for any new parent!
The adorable 'Woodlands' baby blanket is made from sherpa fleece, making it extra cozy and soft. The blanket can be customized with baby's full name and date of birth. It's a great way to keep baby warm or a great way to add a whimsical touch to the nursery.
The blanket measures 30" x 40, is machine washable, and can be put on tumble dry (low heat) without needing to be ironed.
WHY BLACK & WHITE?
Our goal is to help your baby develop the best brain he or she can, and we know that children are more likely to do that when the environment around them is rich in sensory stimuli.
That's why we feature black and white contrasting shapes and patterns on every product in our Baby Planet line. Research suggests that these shapes and patterns register the strongest on a baby’s retina, which sends stronger signals to their brain. Stronger signals mean more brain growth and faster visual development. As your baby gets older, the blanket also serves as a great teaching tool to show them different environments around the world!
