Ready-to-ship items are marked as such in the product description, and these orders will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering. For the time being, the only ready-to-ship items we have in store are our greeting cards and our baby milestone cards. Personalised orders (aka our Baby Planet and Puppy blankets) are design ready but require a bit of time to add your personal details. These items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days after being placed. Custom Orders (aka our Hand-drawn Custom Portraits) will take longer to complete, usually around 2-3 weeks, excluding shipping, depending on where you are in the queue (so order early!). Each custom illustration is unique, and that means it will take time for me to craft your item just for you! If you're ordering for a specific date, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I will try my best to fast-track your order (though no guarantees). It is highly recommended that you order the digital version if you are under a strict timeline.

Just in case there's confusion...We know that an adult can still be defined as someone's child but the purposes of our illustrations and messaging, we will be defining children as those under 18 years old. 😀 Thanks in advance for understanding!

We know it can be hard to plan for unexpected delays in the creative process, so we wanted to give you an idea of how long we expect this whole thing will take. It will depend on how quickly you provide us with the initial information and feedback at each round which means it could be as fast as one week or as long as a month. On average, you can expect a 1-3 week turnaround time to receive the final digital proof. If it is peak season and we expect that it'll take longer than that, we will get in touch.

1) Select the amount of people you would like drawn and check out. 2) You’ll then receive a google form that looks like this in your order confirmation email. This is where you will give us details such as names for banners, outfit details, special requests ( e.g. does your child have a lovey you’d like to include?), as well as upload photos of everyone. Once your brief has been sent in, your order will be placed in the queue. Tip: The more details you give, the better the results you will get. 3) When it’s time for your order, you will receive an initial draft to review and give feedback. 4) Feedback and changes will then be incorporated into the final design. Please note that any rounds of edits past this process may result in an extra fee being. 5) We will then send you the artwork for final approval and delivery.

Now you can have your cake and eat it too! We offer digital and printed products so you can have the best of both worlds. Digital illustrations are perfect if you only need them for electronic cards, invites, profile pictures etc. If you've left it a little late to order your illustration, digital illustrations also allow you to print these yourself at home or at your local printers, so you're not waiting for us to get the job done. We highly recommend you print this yourself in your local country, our print partner can’t compete with the convenience and reliability of local printers who can print faster and without shipping cost. Don't want to fuss with that? Printed illustrations are great if you prefer to have us take care of everything from start to finish. We print them on high-quality 350 gsm paper and ship them in a mailer to ensure they arrive at your door in pristine condition. You'll also receive the digital files for future use.

Printing will take up to 1 week to complete. Important: We will not ship out prints before final artwork has been approved by you so it is crucial that you keep an eye out on emails or messages from us. Delivery estimates below do not include the design timeline. For Hong Kong customers: custom illustration print deliveries are made by the SF Express and should arrive in 3-5 business days after being posted. For the rest of the world: prints are posted via Hong Kong Post Airmail. You will be given a tracking number to track your delivery once it’s been shipped. Shipping timeline will depend on where you are (on average it'll take 10-20 business days to arrive). If you are in a rush and need to get your print ASAP, we highly recommend ordering the digital file and working with your local printer to get this printed. All digital files will be print ready but we are happy to help if your printer has any questions.
