Ready-to-ship items are marked as such in the product description, and these orders will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering. For the time being, the only ready-to-ship items we have in store are our greeting cards and our baby milestone cards.

Personalised orders (aka our Baby Planet and Puppy blankets) are design ready but require a bit of time to add your personal details. These items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days after being placed.

Custom Orders (aka our Hand-drawn Custom Portraits) will take longer to complete, usually around 2-3 weeks, excluding shipping, depending on where you are in the queue (so order early!). Each custom illustration is unique, and that means it will take time for me to craft your item just for you! If you're ordering for a specific date, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I will try my best to fast-track your order (though no guarantees). It is highly recommended that you order the digital version if you are under a strict timeline.

For Hong Kong customers: Ready-to-ship items such as our greeting cards and milestone cards will be delivered via Hong Kong post. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to arrive. Personalised blankets take 2 weeks to ship so please take on 2 weeks to this delivery estimate.

For the rest of the world: Ready-to-ship items such as our greeting cards and milestone cards will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. You will be given a tracking number to track your delivery once it’s been shipped. Please note that personalised blankets take 2 weeks to ship.
